Below are the guidelines and application instructions for grants and scholarships from The Bachman Foundation:

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Must be a 501(c)(3) organization or an individual attending one.
2. Must be school-aged (Pre-K through 12th grade) and reside in East Tennessee.
3. Must have a learning difference, special needs, or financial hardship.

How to Apply:
To submit an application, please email mark.bachmanfoundation66@gmail.com with the following information:
– Your address and organization name
– Details regarding your specific personal needs
– The requested award amount
– Specific details on what you are applying for

Application Deadlines:
– February 1
– May 1
– August 1
– November 1

Note: You may apply multiple times; however, the board typically does not make awards to the same individual or organization in consecutive quarters. The board meets to vote the month following each application deadline.

Every application must be submitted with a detailed essay from the applicant explaining reasoning, goals, and intended use of awarded funds. Recommendation letters are optional.
